Over 100 exhibits promoting health and safety information were available, including free health screenings, free vision screenings, free children’s immunizations, free child ID kits, a 24-foot rock climbing wall, Bike Safety Exhibit with children’s bike raffle and much more.  Exhibitors included local and county public safety groups, local industry, health organizations, and local civic and volunteer organizations.  Many in attendence helped support the La Porte High School booster clubs that were having fundraiser activities for their organizations.  Children attended the Teddy Bear First Aid Clinic to learn simple first aid and registered to win a free teddy bear.

Local industry provided exciting and educational demonstrations throughout the event.  A medical helicopter landed in front of the school and many were able to tour it, as well as, visit with Clutch the Rocket, Wally Wise and Sparky the Fire Dog during the fair.  Outside displays included LyondellBasell and "Clutch" the Houston Rockets mascot, La Porte Fire Department engines and ladder trucks, the La Porte Police D.A.R.E. car and many other emergency response vehicles and equipment.
