Project Description
This project is included in the City/TCEQ Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) reduction plan. This project includes roof repairs, replacement of two pumps with motors and control panel at Lift Station #3 (200 S. P Street). This station serves the South Broadway area. This lift station is nearing 50 years old, with obsolete equipment. Repair parts will become unavailable in the near future.

Future Operating Impact
The replacement of old and obsolete equipment will decrease maintenance and repair costs in the future.

First Quarter FY 14-15
All equipment ordered. Some equipment received. In-house personnel installing equipment.

Second Quarter FY 14-15
Control panel is installed. Roof repairs completed. Pumps and motors have been received and will be installed by in-house personnel.
